So this picture is for Eoko for obtaining the 145k pageview back during last year. She's is supposed to be some Advance Wars character named Jess. I had troubles at first on figuring out how to draw her, but ended up more fun than expected. Kinda cool character if I must add, just never expected to draw another character of the series after Sami was drawn like a decade ago or so.
