I really love the chibi art style from the DS remake of Final Fantasy 3. They look so chubby and with a "bored" expression, yet they are so cute.
So here's my first try with everyone's beloved humanized pink fish girl. I really hate shading hair now, looks like I have lost my touch... but other than that I'm happy with this pic since I accomplished that I wanted.

Omg, I love it! Definitely has that FF3DS expression going on, the colored lines really mesh all the colors together very well. 
I think the softshading for the hair is fine for now, I'm glad you're happy with it otherwise.
